Swinedimples Academy is a school-town in the middle of Snowberia. The academy is founded by Sir Sternivus Swinedimple, whose grave is located to the northeast corner of the academy. The grave is also an entrance to The Old School.
When the hero is mistaken to be a detective for the academy, the headmaster pleas the hero to find out where the missing kids went and gives the Hero the uniform as a disguise. The hero finds out that a kid placed a fygg on the founder's burial grounds and the next day it was gone. Also, there was a rumor that if you touch the guardian's statue on the forehead at midnight you would find a ghost. When you join the school gang, they challenge you to touch the statue's forehead at midnight. When you do touch the statue, the ghost of the founder of the school appears and takes Fred, the leader of the gang. When you follow him, the ghost opens up his tomb and goes to the secret passageway into the old school. When you go through the dungeon, you find the missing kids in detention. The teacher transforms in to a monster, and when he is defeated, the honor of Swinedimples Academy is restored.
Most quests here are available after the Fygg is collected, and they require a certain level of a skill (most quests require weapons skills of 30, and the quests reward you with a very nice weapon for that skill) for the hero to trigger the quest.
Swinedimples salute party trick, Thunderball for repeating.

Marco, who teaches swordmanship at Swinedimples, wants to put you to the test. On his travels he buried badges by the cities he visited, retrieve them all.
Hint for solution
Marco's diary is on one of the bookshelves at Swinedimples and will tell you all of the badge locations. You must obtain them in the order Marco visited the towns. Obtain them by fighting the monsters outside of the towns until they drop a badge, it often helps if your warrior deals the finishing blow on these monsters
Lance, the spear teacher at Swinedimples Academy, wants you to defeat three of the monsters made up of a pile of three metal slimes with the Pressure Pointer spear ability.
Hint for solution
Metal medleys can be found in The Bad Cave. It is easier to find them there than on Slime Hill most of the time. The objective will only be fulfilled if the slimes are defeated with Pressure Pointer's instant death effect, not by dealing damage. As always, the quest can be finished faster if multiple characters in the party are able to use Pressure Pointer.
Gloomy gastropogs can be found in the Gittish Empire. They don't always appear in groups, so you will have to do some fighting. Have your most powerful attacker attempt the Multithrust. Make sure there are no other enemies left since you cannot control which monsters the attack strikes. Considering casting [[[omph]] to help the attacking character.
Retrieve Madame Couteau's kitchen knife! When the offending shivery shrubbery is sleeping, polish it off with a Toxic Dagger attack, and it will drop the knife. All that remains for you is to find it!
Hint for solution
Shivery shrubberies can be found just outside of Swinedimples Academy. Put one to sleep with Snooze or Kasnooze, learned by a Priest or Armamentalist respectively, or use a Sleeping hibiscus, then use the Toxic dagger skill to defeat it. Toxic Dagger is learned by investing 3 skill points into the Knife skill.

Can you pass Madame Couteau's test and gain acces to the ultimate knife knowledge? Your task is to finish off an envenomated bad karmour with Victimiser in ten separate battles.
Hint for solution
No matter how many bad karmours you kill this way per battle, it will only count as 1 towards your total. Make sure you don't have a weapon like Assassin's Dagger equipped as it could ruin any potentional kill by Victimiser. The high ground in Western Wormwood is likely the easiest location to find them.

Toadie, a pupil at Swinedimples, wants to buy his teacher Mr. Whippy a new whip from Catwright. See if you can find one that he will be happy with.
Hint for solution
Catwright, the craftswoman mentioned by Toadie, can be found at the lighthouse near Bloomingdale. She will ask you to get a Hammerfang which is dropped by Power hammers.
Power hammers can be found in the Djust Desert near Gleeba. Defeating them will eventually drop the Hammerfang, which you can then take back to Catwright at the lighthouse.
Catwright will tell you she can deliver the whip as soon as she makes it. You can Zoom back to Swinedimples Academy and speak to Toadie. After a short scene with Catwright and Mr. Whippy, the quest can be completed.
If you want to learn a new skill from Swinedimples' Mr. Whippy, you'll need to pass his first test. Meet with the whipmaker Catwright at the Blooming Beacon and follow her instructions.
Hint for solution
Blooming Beacon is the lighthouse in the west of Bloomingdale. Catwright wants you to defeat two monsters, a Dreadful drackal and a Drastic drackal.
Dreadful drackals can be found in the Gittish Empire, while drastic drackals are found at the Wyrmtail. The finishing blow must be performed with a regular attack from a Leather whip, which can be purchased from the weapon shop at Stornway if the player does not already have one. Both monsters have a little over 200 HP each. After defeating the monsters, speak to Catwright again and she'll give you the parcel to take back to Mr. Whippy.
Klaus, the claw teacher at Swinedimples, wants you to find him ten tinny tail feathers. Apparently, robo-robins drop them when they're defeated with Can Opener.
Hint for solution
Go to Iluugazar Plains and you should be able to find some robo-robins. During battle, make your claw user(s) attack the robo-robins with can opener and make the rest of your party defend to do this quest easily.

Fanny, a teacher from Swinedimples, has asked you to bring her a freezing feather, an item that monsters in the snowfields apparently sometimes drop. She says she want to cool herself down by making a fan out of it.
Hint for solution
The freezing feather drops from Apeckalypse after you have accepted the quest. Apeckalypses can be encountered in the Snowberia region right outside of Swinedimples Academy.
Max, the axe teacher at Swinedimples, needs you to retrieve his axe from a strange moving tree. Find a purple tree in the marshland south of the Iluugazar Plains and make it suffer. If it's the culprit, it should drop the axe.
A pupil at Swinedimples has confided to you that she broke a hammer she was supposed to be looking after for her teacher. You should be able to find some information in the library to help you fix it.
Hint for solution
On the first floor of the academy, examine one of the bookshelves to read the magazine 'Mallet Monthly'. It states that the hammer can be fixed with a dab of wobbly jelly, which are dropped by Admirers. Admirers can be found in the Plumbed Depths, which is accessed through the royal baths at the Mirage Mahal in Gleeba. The monsters will eventually drop the jelly after they are defeated.
Mrs Mallet from Swinedimples wants to teach you the ultimate hammer ability, but first you'll need to defeat a liquid metal slime with Bagsy Last while wearing a tortoise shell.
Hint for solution
Tortoise shells can be purchased from Porth Llaffan for 1,550 gold each. It is highly recommended to have at least two characters or more in the party equipped with tortoise shells that are able to use Bagsy Last.
Liquid metal slimes can be found rarely in the Bowhole, on Slime Hill near Angel Falls after acquiring Sterling's whistle, or occasionally from volcano or ruins grottoes.
They have 8 HP, so it is recommended to use skills such as Metal Slash or Metalicker to lower their HP enough unless one gets lucky by landing a critical hit with Bagsy Last. After defeating a liquid metal slime with the skill, return to Swinedimples Academy and speak to Mrs Mallet to complete the quest.
Archie, the bow teacher at Swinedimples, says you have to have beautiful, fluid muscles if you want to be a master archer, and apparently, the way to build up your muscles is to trounce ten peckerels with Flutter Disaster.
Hint for solution
Flutter Disaster is learned by investing 13 points into the Bow skill and inflicts 50% extra damage to monsters of the Bird family. Peckerels can be found on the Iluugazar Plains outside Batsureg. They have 107 HP.

A student at Swinedimples is troubled, and wants you to defeat a metal slime with a Power Throw to prove your boomerang skills. Once you've done that, it sounds like he has something else he needs to ask you to do.

After completing the first objective you need to locate the bridge west of swindimples and on the east side of urdus marshland to complete the quest fully
Kylie asks you to look for a note in the art room on the second floor of the academy which then gives you the objective of locating 3 monsters across three caves you have explored and defeating them with a basic Boomerang attack until they give you a specific item.
Buckler, the shield teacher at Swinedimples, said that if you want to improve your skills, you just need to practice by defending against enemy attacks with your shield. Block 10 enemy attacks.
Hint for solution
Your party must block the attack completely for it to count towards your total. Having a high shield skill helps, as well as using the Immense Defense skill.
Cecil, the fisticuff teacher at Swinedimples, wants you to finish off ten wyrtles with Knuckle Sandwich ability. He's promised you something good in return if you manage it!
Cecil, the fisticuffs teacher at Swinedimples, will give you the book containing the final secret of fisticuffing, but not before you've travelled to the tenth level or below of a grotto wearing no equipment and defeated fifty foes with regular attacks.
Hint for solution
The player will need a treasure map with at least ten floors in order to complete the quest. At least one party member will have to remove all of their equipment in order to defeat the monsters. The quest can go by faster by having more than one character without equipment. Their vocation should be changed to one with naturally high Attack, such as a Gladiator. Since the bare party member will be vulnerable, it's recommended to bring a Paladin to protect them with Whipping Boy or Forbearance. The monsters can still be whittled down to low HP with skills and spells. Casting Oomph on the bare party member is also recommended.
Sir Sternivus Swinedimple has asked you to do some extra-curricular activities. Dress all of your party in Swinedimples blazers and go to a grotto to defeat Sir Sanguinus. This quest is repeatable.
Hint for solution
Only a grotto of Doubt, Woe, Dolour, Regret, Bane, or Fear can have Sir Sanguinus in it.
Vena, a troubled teacher fom Swinedimples Academy has set you some homework. She wants you to defeat a master moosifer with a poison needle by inflicting just one point of damage.
Hint for solution
Master moosifers can only be found in the highest ranking volcano grottoes. Deals about 900 damage and then attack with poison needles. You can purchase poison needles in Bloomingdale.
