Dragon Quest X
Great sabrecat began appearing in Version 2.0. It is able to perform a leaping attack and can land desperate attacks. Starting with Version 4.1, Monster Wranglers gained the ability to recruit great sabrecats as monster companions.
Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age
In the Definitive Edition version of the came, great sabrecats can be summoned by ringing the Baumren's bell, which functions similarly to the horse hailer. A friendly great sabrecat that is summoned travels at an extremely fast pace, faster than both sprinting and horseback riding. However, there are no other uses for this item, and it cannot be used in battle as it is stored in the "Important Items" section of the Luminary's bag.
Additionally, the Luminary can visit Chateau Felix via Tickington, where friendly sabrecat NPCs can be found.
