They cannot be purchased anywhere, but can be sold for 50 gold. One pair can be found in a treasure chest in the Farebury Region and another in a bag at Pickham. Dancing devils have a 164 chance of dropping them. They can be made in the Alchemy Pot and can be mixed to create other pieces of clothing.
