The Iron armour top is armour in the series.
Characteristics[edit | edit source]
The iron armour top is a variant of the iron armour made for the upper body. Much like in Dragon Quest IX, the armour is worn over a long-sleeved blue shirt. In both Offline and Dragon Quest of the Stars, it is also worn with a set of gauntlets.

Dragon Quest X [edit | edit source]
The Iron armour top has a Defence bonus of +14, a Style bonus of +7, increases the wearer's Weight by 22, and has an equipment level of 21. It can be equipped by Warriors, Thieves, Paladins, Demon Swordsmen, Pirates, Guardians, and Armamentalists if they have allocated enough points into their Fource skill.
The entire set consists of the top and bottom, the iron helmet, iron gauntlets, and iron boots. It can be made by an armour blacksmith. If all five pieces are equipped, the wearer gains a +15 bonus to Style and a +5 bonus to Weight.

Dragon Quest X Offline[edit | edit source]
The Iron armour top has a Defence bonus of +17, a Deftness bonus of +6, and a Charm bonus of +14. It can be equipped by the Hero as a Warrior, Thief, or Paladin, as well as Hussar, Raguas, Duston. It can be purchased from various armour shops for 1,280 gold or made with the Fun-Size Forge.
