Characteristics[edit | edit source]
The iron armour bottom is a variant of the Iron armour made for the lower body, effectively replacing the Iron kneecaps. It consists of tassets made from forged iron plates over a pair of blue trousers. In both Offline and Dragon Quest of the Stars, it is worn with a pair of boots.

Dragon Quest X [edit | edit source]
The Iron armour bottom has a Defence bonus of +7, a Style of +4, increases the wearer's Weight by 12, and has an equipment level of 21. It can be equipped by Warriors, Thieves, Paladins, Demon Swordsmen, Pirates, Guardians, and Armamentalists if they have allocated enough points into their Fource skill.
The entire set consists of the top and bottom, the iron helmet, iron gauntlets, and iron boots. It can be made by an armour blacksmith. If all five pieces are equipped, the wearer gains a +15 bonus to Style and a +5 bonus to Weight.

Dragon Quest X Offline[edit | edit source]
The Iron armour bottom has a Defence bonus of +10, a Agility bonus of +6, and a Charm bonus of +11. It can be equipped by the Hero as a Warrior, Thief, or Paladin, as well as Hussar, Raguas, and Duston. It can be purchased from various armour shops for 1,080 gold or made with the Fun-Size Forge.
