The Dark star is a silver and purple pentagram-shaped boomerang that has a small chance to cast Oomph on the wielder at the start of battle.

The Dark star has an Attack bonus of +83, a Style bonus of +12, increases the wielder's Weight by 8, and boosts the wielder's spellcasting speed by 5%. It can be equipped by Minstrels, Rangers, Sages, Item Masters, Gadabouts, and Pirates as long as they are level 80.
