Kacrackle is a spell in the Dragon Quest series. Introduced in Dragon Quest III, it hit a group of enemies with ice damage, but starting with Dragon Quest V it hits all enemies with ice damage.

Dragon Quest VIII

Kacrackle is learned by Jessica after an event.

Dragon Quest IX

Kacrackle is available only to Mages at level 68. It costs 50 MP to cast.
