You can find a jug of fresh water in the northwest corner of Slurry Coast. Take the fresh water to the man before the waterfall and you will receive the Angel's Tears, take the it to Angus to complete the quest.

Reduce their HP by around 90 points, then use Stone's Throw to finish them off and you should receive the beardy weird after the battle. If the beardy weirdy's beard is less than 100 cm long, it will not count toward completing the quest.
