Flames of Rebirth is a skill that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest Tact modeled after the attack of the same name from the Final Fantasy series. It is Phoenix's signature attack, performing a fiery divebomb attack that restores its HP at the same time.

Flames of Rebirth can be learned by Phoenix at level 54 and costs 92 MP to use. It inflicts major Frizz-type martial damage to all enemies in a radius of 1 in front of it, heals it by 100% of the damage dealt, and moves it up two spaces. Upgrading the skill increases its damage and reduces the amount of MP it costs to use.
