Trivia[edit | edit source]
- In the original Japanese, the ability shares the same name as the recurring staff which first appeared in Dragon Quest IV.
- A caduceus is a staff carried by the Greek messenger god Hermes. It is a short staff entwined with two serpents and often topped with a pair of wings and has become a representation or symbol of healing. Caduceus is often confused or conflated with the Rod of Asclepius, a staff entwined with only a single serpent associated with Asclepius, a Greek deity of healing and medicine.
