The Necrogond Shrine[1] is on the other side of the Maw of the Necrogond.
It's nearby the Great Pit of Giaga and the Castle of Baramos in Dragon Quest III: The Seeds of Salvation.

After traveling through the cave, the Hero and company are given the Silver Orb from the only man living there.
