The Wizard's garb bottom is legwear in the series.
Characteristics[edit | edit source]
The lower half of a wizard's garb, designed to protect the wearer's legs, worn with a leather belt around the waist. In some games, it is worn with the wizard's shoes.

Dragon Quest X [edit | edit source]
The Wizard's garb bottom has a Defence bonus of +14, a Style bonus of +6, and increases the wearer's Weight by 2. It has an equipment level of 35 and can be equipped by a Mage, Sage, Fortune Teller, Druid, Death Master, Dragomancer, or Hermit. The entire set consists of the top and bottom, the wizard's hat, and wizard's shoes. If all four pieces are equipped, the wearer gains a Magical Might bonus of +8 and an extra +25 bonus to Style. It can be made with sewing.
Starting with Version 6.2, the amount of materials required to make one were reduced, making it easier to craft. Previously, it required four Silkblossoms, three Belle caps, one Magic beast hide, and a Celestial skein.

Dragon Quest X Offline[edit | edit source]
The Wizard's garb bottom has a Defence bonus of +17, a Magical Might bonus of +2, a Deftness and Charm bonus of +17, and increases resistance to Sultry Dance by 10%. It can be equipped by the Hero as a Mage or Sage, and Fuura. It can be purchased for 4,300 gold from some armour shops or crafted with the Fun-Size Forge.

Dragon Quest Smash/Grow[edit | edit source]
The Wizard's Garb (Bottom) is 1★ lower body armour with a Defence bonus of +5 and a Magical Defence bonus of +8 at level 1. Its starting Boon is Spell Lock Resistance +5%. It can be acquired randomly from any transmuter.
Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai: A Hero's Bonds[edit | edit source]
Known as the Sorcerer's Cloak (Legs) in this game, it is a 3★ leg outfit that can be equipped by Mage, Priest, and Sage characters. At level 35, it has a Physical Defence bonus of +60, a Magical Defence bonus of +71, and increases Fire resistance by 2. It comes equipped with Robe (Legs) Trait I Lv. 3, which has a medium chance to raise the user's Light damage temporarily by 30% after defeating an enemy.
