The wear-with-all award is a revocation medal that allows a character to wear most of the opposite sex's equipment.

Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies[edit | edit source]
Reserved for Minstrels that have reached the limits of their performing talent, the award grants access to most pieces of armour. Do note that equipment that reveals too much skin cannot be worn despite the medal, such as men being unable to equip the bikinis or women being unable to wear Carver's vest.
