Night stick is an item that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest XI. It is a gnarled, jet-black wood said to grow in the demon world that is used as a crafting material. Its name is a play on "nightstick", another name for a club or baton commonly carried by law enforcement.

Night stick can be collected from sparkly spots in the Fierce Forest or dropped by Archbashops, Horknight watchmen, Bingo bango bongos, and Malicious brownies. It can be sold for 625 gold.
