The Captain Crow in Memoriam (追憶のクロウ Tsuioku no kurō) is a monster in the Dragon Quest series that was introduced in the Nintendo 3DS version of Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King.

He is a more powerful variant of Captain Crow that appears as the sixth boss in Memories Lane.

Characteristics

The ghostly seven seas sailing plunderer now haunts Memories Lane with newfound vigor. Captain Crow in Memoriam retains his predecessor's tension boosting strategy, though it should be noted that Morrie's Rake 'n' Break ability is a very useful tool for depriving him of his Psyche Up buffs.
