The Birchwood boomerang is a boomerang in the series.

Characteristics[edit | edit source]

A simple boomerang carved out of wood, with white cloth wrapped around one end as a grip. For all intents and purposes, it effectively the same as the wooden boomerang introduced in Dragon Quest IV, being the boomerang with the lowest attack power.

The Birchwood boomerang has an Attack bonus of +3, a Style bonus of +1, and increases the wielder's Weight by 1. It can be equipped by a Minstrel, Ranger, Sage, Item Master, Gadabout, Pirate, or Hermit.

Dragon Quest X Offline[edit | edit source]

The Birchwood boomerang has an Attack bonus of +3, a Charm bonus of +1, and can be equipped by the Hero as a Ranger, Sage, or Gadabout. It can be purchased for 50 gold from various shops early in the game.
