The handwoven cape provides a defence bonus of +6. They can be found in an Uptaten closet, as a reward from a shopkepper in Whealbrook, and as Bianca's starting gear. They cannot be bought, only sold for 37 gold. Bianca, Flora, and the hero's daughter can equip them.
