Freezing fog are recurring enemies in the Dragon Quest series.
Characteristics
The floating, fun-sucking freezing fog rains crushing chilly breath down on the battlefield, followed by engulfing foes in it's icy embrace. Occasionally they'll keep their cool by just breathing a far less deadly cool breath.

Etymology
- Japanese: Frost. As with Cumaulus and Hell niño, Gizmo is derived from Gaseous Lifeform Gizmo, the eponymous character of a Japanese sci-fi story.
