Miss Cecily (セシリー, Seshirī) is a character from Dragon Quest Treasures. She is in charge of the personnel department of the TransDraconic Railway Company.

Cecily is a purple-colored restless armor with a green visor, and a white flower painted on her left shoulder. She is a cheery lass who quickly welcomes Mia and Erik into the company ranks, and is eager to pair them with the best applicants she can.

Dragon Quest Treasures[edit | edit source]
Miss Cecily is likely the company employee whom the player will speak with the most, serving a role similar to Patty. In addition to hiring new recruits, Cecily is also responsible for improving the condition of the company facilities and will send the children to scout three specific monsters to further this end:
- Axel: a Gigantes blacksmith who will manufacture pellets for the kids' Catapult
- Bricky Rix: a Stone golem merchant who can keep the company's storeroom well stocked
- Madame Blancmange: a Queen slime chef to run the company canteen
Miss Cecily will also advocate for the expansion of the company dormitory, increasing the amount of monsters the player can recruit. This task requires the aid of a generic Glacial golem that can be headhunted near the Swishmelt Lakeside station in the Hinterquarters.
