Armor of radiance
The Armor of radiance (Called Light armor in the Game Boy Color Version) is an armor in the Dragon Quest series.

The Armor of Radiance has the Defence Bonus of +82 (+75 in the NES Version). The armor can lessen damage from spells, fire & ice, as well as restoring the HP of it's wearer by one point per step. It is found in a chest in the Tower West of Kol. The armor can only be worn by the hero.
It can't be sold in the NES Version, but can be sold in the GBC Version for 18,000 gold coins.
