The Whealbrook sapphire is a knick-knack in Dragon Quest V. It can be made by the craftsman in Lofty Peak after giving him a Whealbrook bluestone. You must stay at the inn for the night before the sapphire is ready.

The gem itself can be used to upgrade the marital organ knick-knack.
