The Tusk-Tusk Tusk inkwell is a knick-knack in Dragon Quest V. It is obtained from the researcher at Northminster abbey, during 3rd generation only. It is assumed it was made from the remains of a eyevory tusk-tusk, hence the name.

This item and the Faerie Quill are needed to upgrade Madalena's locket in Lofty Peak.
