Special antidote is a healing item in the Dragon Quest series.

Dragon Quest VIII

The special antidote not only removes poison, it heals a fair amount of hit points for a single party member. It is created by mixing two strong antidotes or 2 medicinal herbs and a single antidotal herb in an alchemy pot. It can be sold for 275 Gold Coins.

Description

  • Restores 60 of more HP to a single ally and cures the effects of poison. (Description when selecting the Special antidote in PS2 Dragon Quest VIII.)
