The Shabby cat (formerly Forester) is a monster introduced in Dragon Quest VII.
Characteristics
Shabby cats are large, blue colored men wearing body suits made from cat pelts, with moss green fur and yellow undersides. Their human face peers out from inside the cat's mouth, and has a maw lined with sharp fangs. They stand on two legs and use their claws to rip through their prey.
