Togrus Maximus (formerly BeliMawr) is a boss in the game Dragon Quest VII.
Strategy
For a monster this late in the game, Togrus Maximus isn't that difficult. Using Upper on your party members decreases the damage Togrus Maximus is able to inflict on the party. He doesn't have anything besides physical attacks so this battle shouldn't pose a problem for a moderately leveled party equipped with armour from the Buccanham stores.
