The Powder keg (originally Gunpowder Jar) is a key item in Dragon Quest IV.
Story
Maya and Meena obtain the Powder keg from an item given to the party by the miners withing the Mine of Mamon. They use it to scare the Chancellor of Palais de Leon into revealing a secret location of the King.
