Horse manure or Dung is an item that can be found in all Dragon Quest games from Dragon Quest IV on.

In the NES Verison it is known as the Gum Pod, and Nintendo DS is known as Horse manure. It is has no known use, other than to be sold for 1 gold coin. Torneko will be disgusted if he appraises it.
