The Magic Marionette (formerly Puppet Man) is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series. Introduced in Dragon Quest II, it is a strengthened version of the mud mannequin.

Characteristics

Animated blood-red bouncing bodies craved of wood, some say the magic marionette is actually soaked in the remains of defeated adventurers. They rip magic points right from their enemies with a rigid weird dance, before slapping them silly with their wooden stumpy arms.
