Freezing fog are recurring monsters in the Dragon Quest series, first appearing in Dragon Quest III. They are ice-elemental variants of the Cumaulus.
Characteristics
The floating, fun-sucking freezing fog rains crushing chilly breath down on the battlefield, followed by engulfing foes in it's icy embrace. Occasionally they'll keep their cool by just breathing a far less deadly cool breath.
