Their main bodies and large claws are a bright shade of ocean blue with a light purple underbelly, black eye stalks and limbs, and a yellow face in the center of their body. On their four legs, they wear two pairs of yellow boots and a yellow glove on their left hand. Slashing and slamming with their oversized ocean-grown claws, they love a good old big brawl and call for their close crabby brethren to come join the fight, along with their trusty backup '''[[Jawtoise]]s''', just to even the odds in the favour even further. They are, however, not the smartest fighters, and sometimes just spend precious turns just pondering what to do next.

The Claws Célèbre is an aquatic crustacean monster that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest VII. Its name is a play on the phrase "cause célèbre".
