The Stormsgate Citadel is a monster in the Dragon Quest series that appears as a boss encounter in Dragon Quest VI: Realms of Revelation.

Characteristics

Stormsgate Citadel is the surprising sentinel and final test that awaits those wishing to breach the walls of this mighty bastion. An intimdating enemy, the entire castle itself flies into action once the legendary items have all been assembled, challenging adventurers with actions like trampling that damages the whole party with the massive size of the structure, and creating a chaotic vacuum vortex that damages all foes with Thin Air. It can also cast the crushing wind based Kaswoosh, whipping at the whole party, before the defences of the deadly stronghold are secured with Magic Barrier.
