The Marital organ is a knick-knack in Dragon Quest V.
This rather embarrassing gift is received from Prince Harry upon visiting him after he marries Maria. According to staff at Castle Coburg, they wanted to place a jewel in the music box, but were unable to get ahold of the craftsman from Gotha.
Later during the 3rd generation, the music box can be upgraded by placing the Whealbrook sapphire after having said craftsman refine the Whealbrook bluestone.
