Dirkandor, formerly localized as Osterfair, is a castle in eastern Torland. It is located on an island accessible only via ship or Travel Gate in Dragon Quest II.
Overview

Dirkandor is home to the Moon Sigil, which is held by the king. Speaking with the king gives the heroes an opportunity to win the crest by defeating a single Sabercat.

In the GBC and Phone version, a Seed of strength can be found by the pond to the right of the stairs going down to the jail.
