A Seed of resilience (Originally Vitality seed, Seed of Defence and DEFseed) is an item that permanently raises defense (or in later versions, resilience) to whoever eats it. It can give off 3-4 defense points. They can be found in treasure chests, pots, drawers, and sometimes are dropped by monsters. They cannot be bought at any store.

Lucky seeds are carried by Heedoo Voodoos (1⁄32), Lump wizards, Wyrtoises, Drac the Vlads (1⁄64), and Cureslimes, Waspions, Hell ninos (1⁄128). They can sold for 90 gold coins and found in:
