The Liquid metal helm (originally Helm of the Lone Metal Slime) is a helmet in the Dragon Quest series.

The liquid metal helmet has a defence bonus of +50, and protects against confusion, paralysis, and sleep. It is obtained from the casino for 100,000 in the immigrant town or from a Metal king slime.
Dragon Quest IX
The liquid metal helm has a defence bonus of +37, a style bonus of +45, and a three star rarity. It also decreases the chance of the wearer being effected by Snooze, Whack, and Fizzle by twenty percent. Warriors, Minstrels, Gladiators, Paladins, Armamentalists, and Luminaries can equip it.
