The Paladin is a character class in Dragon Quest VI. The Paladin has strong Strength, Speed and Wisdom. To open this class, a character must have mastered a number of skills from both the Priest and Fighter skillsets.

- The Paladin is a vocation choice in Dragon Quest IX upon completing the "Taking Soul Control" quest given to you by Brunhild at the top of the Gleeban palace.
- The Paladin can use Hammers, Wands, Spears, and Shields.
