The Vile vial is a monster that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest VII. It can be found in Temple Palace in the past, the Likeness of the Great Evil, Nottagen Cavern in the past, and the Hubble region in the past. It can also be fought by breaking certain glass bottles.
Characteristics[edit | edit source]
Vile vials are glass bottles with the freaky faces of merciless men on them. Each side of the bottle is a mischievous manical face with a wide, worrisome grinning smile on it and a pair of handles made to look like nasty nose rings. The bottles move about by levitating eerily through the air. They attack either by slamming their bodies against enemies, or expelling devious dust clouds from their bodies in a fashion similar to uncorking a glass bottle, annoyingly blinding all enemies. They also cast creepy magic that sends all enemies off in a sound slumber.
