The Vile vial (formerly FoggyPot) is a monster in the game Dragon Quest VII. It can be found in Temple Palace in the past, the Likeness of the Great Evil, Nottagen Cavern in the past, and the Hubble region in the past. It can also be fought by breaking certain glass bottles.
Characteristics
Vile vials are glass bottles with the faces of men on them. On each side of the bottle is a mischievous face with a wide, grinning smile on it and a pair of handles made to look like nose rings. The bottles move about by levitating. They attack either by slamming their bodies against enemies. They are also capable of expelling dust clouds from their bodies in a fashion similar to uncorking a glass bottle, as well as putting enemies to sleep.
