The Floating bloater is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series, first appearing in Dragon Quest VII. It is a blue-skinned volant frog with a pair of wings growing from its back.
Characteristics[edit | edit source]
Grotesque flying toads that gather and flock around only the tallest towers to hunt for their prey.
