The Moonshard is a key item in Dragon Quest II: Luminaries of the Legendary Line.
Characteristics[edit | edit source]
Although described as a shard or fragment, the moonshard actually resembles a pendant that could be hung from a necklace. It is likely to contain a piece of the moon within its center.
Appearances[edit | edit source]
Dragon Quest II: Luminaries of the Legendary Line[edit | edit source]
Located within the Tower of the Moon, the moonshard is used to remove the shoals blocking the entrance to the Sea Cave. This is the only use for the moonshard, so it is safe to remove it from the inventory after opening up the cave.
