Whirly girlies are Wind elementals, capable of creating vortexes so strong that their skin glows from the wind shear. Contrary to what their names imply, there exists examples of both sexes in the species and the name is meant to invoke real life species such as the ladybug--a similar situation exists with She-slimes, and coincidentally both are orange.
The Whirly girly is a monster in the series.

Characteristics
Whirly girlies are orange-skinned Wind elementals whose lower bodies are wrapped in a reddish-pink tornado. They are capable of creating cyclones of much greater intensity than their blue-skinned counterparts. In some games, their tornadoes are said to be coloured red from the blood of their victims, but in IX, their tornadoes are red due to the colour of their skin. Contrary to their English name, whirly girlies are not a monogendered species of monster.
