The Metal dragon slime is the second pallet swap of the Drake slime, and features aspects of the Metal slime family such as high elemental resistance and a large experience point yield for the area it is encountered in. It is not a true Metal slime variant due to having imperfect resistances to status ailments and a comparatively low Defence stat, but it can serve as a stopgap monster to accelerate the level grinding pace until the genuine articles are encountered.
