'''Tomokazu Seki''' (関 智一, Seki Tomokazu, born September 8, 1972) is a Japanese voice actor. His first role in the {{DQSeries}} was providing the voice of Will, the {{Hero 6}} in the ''[[Dragon Quest VI CD Theater]]'' in 1996. Seki eventually returned to the series more than 20 years later, providing the voice of [[Morcant]], Monsieur le Principal Maxime Medaille, and the Tricky Devil in the Definitive Edition of {{DQ11}}. He also voices Hadlar in the 2020 version of ''[[Dragon Quest: Dai no Daibouken]]''. He is known for his versatility as a voice actor and for voicing hot-blooded male characters in various anime and video games.
