The first notable town that [[Alena]] and her party encounter in {{DQ4 Chapter 2}}, they find it besieged by a {{MFamilies}} who demands constant sacrifices in the form of young girls. Upon hearing of their plight, [[Alena]] immediately offers herself up as the next sacrifice, but she has no intention of dying; as soon as the monster shows his face, [[Kiryl]] and [[Borya]] leap to her side and the trio kills him, freeing Taborov from his tyranny forever.
