The skeleton is a recurring MFamilies in the DQSeries, introduced in the original game. It is the skeletal remains of a fallen warrior brought back from the grave to continue fighting. ==Characteristics== Skeletons, are, much like their name would imply, a hostile and occasionally armed skeletons. They wear long grey tunics with brown and gold collars, brown leggings, dark blue gloves and boots, and a belt around their waists with a blue jewel as a buckle. Interestingly, their skulls are far longer than that of a normal human's, to the point that in some 3D games the cranium curves backwards slightly. The crack on their skulls is said to be a wound they received when they were still alive. ==Appearances== ===DQ=== ===DQ7=== *Zombie-type ===DQ8=== {{DQ8Enemy |name=Skeleton |kanji=γγγγ€ |romanji=Gaikotsu |sprite= |hp=46 |mp=3 |exp=41 |gold=15 |attack=40 |defense=21 |agility=25 |bestiaryNumber=#035 |family=Undead |description=Human knights that met a foul and painful end.
