'''Nodoph''' is the creature at the top of the [[Tower of Nod]] in ''[[Dragon Quest IX]]''. It is a palette swap of [[Nemean]], a grotto boss.

==Story==
Long ago, when the Gittish Empire attacked [[Wormwood Creek]] and wounded [[Serena (IX)|Serena]], she was left for dead until Nodoph found her and brought her back to the tower of Nod. She went in search of [[Corvus]] and died in the Oubliette. This made Nopdoph shed a single tear, known as Nod's tear. 

There are a series of quests featuring the player trying to get to Nodoph. Eventually, he wakes from a long slumber and battles. Afterwards, he comes to his senses and stays atop the tower of Nod with his [[Slime|slime]] friend.
