The Karstaway stone is in [[Dunplundrin]].  It's found by looking in a small dry spot with the tide covering the beach during the night.  It's needed to gain further access in [[Cascade Cave]], which contains the [[Sands of time]] and several other treasures (as well as another future resident for [[Pioneer Town]]).
