The cremating claws' real appeal is that damage will be multiplied by 1.5 when attacking an enemy with no resistance to Sizz/fire breath, allowing the weapon to slash above its weight class into the end-game. It can only be wielded by [[Debora]] and monster companions that can use claws, including [[Saber]]. It can be sold for 3,525 gold and bought for 4,700 gold at [[Battenburg]] and [[Gotha]]. ==={{DQ6}}=== The fire claw has an attack bonus of +53 and a style bonus of +21. [[Carver]], [[Amos]], and all slime allies except [[Goowain]] can equip it. When used as an item in battle, the fire claw acts as a free use of the [[Frizzle]] spell. [[Tiger jackal|tiger jackals]] drop it 1/128th of the time and [[Jamirus]] has a 1/8th chance of dropping it. The claws cannot be bought, only sold for 4,275 gold. One set is found on the third floor of [[Murdaw's Keep]] and another on the sixth floor of the [[Pillar of Pegasus]]. The fire claws deals bonus, Sizz-element damage to the target monster that is half of the physical damage previously dealt before resistance apply and if said monster is defeated by the initial blow then the bonus damage will be redirected to a different target.
