The '''Elfin charm''' is a recurring accessory in the {{DQSeries}} that first appeared in {{Dragon Quest V}}. This medallion, blessed with elfin magic, protects the wearer against [[Snooze]], [[Fuddle]], [[Fizzle]], and [[Whack]] by reducing the spells' accuracy by 75%. In later games, it also increases resistance against MP-draining effects and being stunned.
