The Aurora staff is a S-rank staff that first appeared during the ''Dragon Quest IX'' event as a reward for completing either [[Orgodemir|Demon King Orgodemir]], [[Rhapthorne|Rhapthorne's True Form]], or [[Nokturnus]]'s Maps at Level 50, 75, or 99. It has a WIS bonus of +28, a max MP bonus of +11, and has three slots for Alchemy Effects. Some of the potential effects are boosting the wielder's spell potency or healing spell potency.
